For illustration, assuming no new Shares pursuant to the ongoing private placement are issued and no treasury share is resold in the open market prior to the Split Shares Entitlement Date, the existing total number of 939,941,698 issued Shares (including 49,388 treasury shares) as at the date of this announcement will be subdivided into 1,691,895,056 Split Shares (including 88,898 treasury shares). However, assuming:- (i) all 39,977,900 new Shares pursuant to the ongoing private placement are issued prior to the Split Shares Entitlement Date; and (ii) all 49,388 Shares held as treasury shares are resold in the open market prior to the Split Shares Entitlement Date, the enlarged total number of 979,919,598 issued Shares will be subdivided into 1,763,855,276 Split Shares. The Split Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 9 April 2021, being the next market day following the Split Shares Entitlement Date. The notices of allotment for the Share Split will be despatched to the entitled shareholders not later than 4 market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Split Shares on Bursa Securities.
