On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 2 February 2021 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 8,333,100 Placement Shares, being the third tranche of the Private Placement, at RM0.90 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of 9.40% to the 5-day VWAP of the Shares up to and including 29 January 2021 of RM0.9934, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
