Reference is made to the announcement dated 2 October 2020 wherein Mercury Securities had, on behalf the Board, announced that the Company has submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities’ approval for an extension of time for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
Further to the above, on behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities is pleased to announce that the Company had obtained the approval of Bursa Securities vide its letter dated 13 October 2020 for an extension of time of 6 months up to 16 April 2021 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
