Reference is made to the announcement dated 27 March 2020 wherein it was announced that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 26 March 2020 approved an extension of time of 6 months up to 16 October 2020 for the Company to implement and complete the Private Placement.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company has submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities’ approval for an extension of time of 6 months from 17 October 2020 up to 16 April 2021 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
