1. The interest rates on the amount claimed for from the 1st Defendant and 2nd Defendant respectively.

Reference is made to the announcement by Kejuruteraan Asastera Berhad ("KAB") dated 13 July 2020 and query letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 16 July 2020 in relation to the aforesaid matter.
Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this reply shall have the same meanings as those used in the Announcement.
The Board wishes to provide additional information in respect of the Suit:-
1.The interest rates on the amount claimed for from the 1st Defendant and 2nd Defendant respectively.
The default rate of interest at present is specified as 5% per annum on the judgement sum for the respective Defendants.
