Reference is made to the announcement dated 18 March 2020 wherein Mercury Securities had, on behalf the Board, announced that the Company has submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities’ approval for an extension of time for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
Further to the above, on behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities is pleased to announce that the Company had obtained the approval of Bursa Securities vide its letter dated 26 March 2020 (which was received on 27 March 2020) for an extension of time of 6 months up to 16 October 2020 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
