Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 3 September 2019 and 21 October 2019.
The Board of Directors of KAB ("Board") wishes to announce that the Memorandum of Understanding entered into between KAB Technologies Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Resource Data Management Asia Sdn Bhd ("MOU") has been concluded following the incorporation of Joint Venture Company, KABT Unified Engineering Solutions Sdn Bhd on 25 October 2019.
In light of the above, there will be no further announcement on the updates of the MOU.
