Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 10 October 2019 and 17 October 2019 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on to-date (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 16,230,000 Placement Shares at RM0.5853 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 10% to the 5-day VWAP of KAB Shares up to and including 22 November 2019 of RM0.6503, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
