The Board of Directors of KAB (“Board”) wishes to announce that KAB had on 11 July 2019 entered into Tripartite Agreement, Settlement Agreement and Sales and Purchase Agreement with the parties named in the attachment (collectively referred as "Agreements") for the proposed acquisition and debt settlement on amount owing by Hari Lumayan Sdn Bhd to KAB.
