Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 10 December 2018, 12 December 2018, 17 December 2018, 11 February 2019, 29 April 2019, 8 May 2019 and 7 June 2019 in relation to the Special Issue.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Special Issue has been completed on 17 June 2019 following the listing and quotation of the:-
(i) first tranche of 15,000,000 Special Issue Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 8 May 2019; and
(ii) final tranche of 19,000,000 Special Issue Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 17 June 2019.
