Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 10 December 2018, 12 December 2018, 17 December 2018, 11 February 2019, 29 April 2019 and 8 May 2019 in relation to the Special Issue.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 7 June 2019 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the last tranche of the placement of 19,000,000 Special Issue Shares at RM0.20 per Special Issue Share (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price represents a discount of 2.91% to the 5-day VWAP of KAB Shares up to and including 4 June 2019 of RM0.2060, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
