On behalf of the Board of Directors of KAB, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 24 April 2019 approved the Company’s Exemption Application.
The approval with respect to Rule 3.19(1)(c) of the Listing Requirements is subject to the condition that the promoter may only deal in the ordinary shares of KAB after 1 full market day from the date of announcement of this approval.
Further to the approval of the Exemption Application, the Company is no longer required to maintain the services of a Sponsor.
