The Board of Directors of KAB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Alteration of the existing Constitution by replacing with a New Constitution at the forthcoming Twenty Second (22nd) Annual General Meeting.
The New Constitution as set out in the Appendix I of the 2018 Annual Report will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
