We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 10 December 2018, 12 December 2018 and 17 December 2018 in relation to the Special Issue.
On 10 December 2018, Mercury Securities had on behalf of the Company, submitted an application to the SC for an extension of time of 6 months from 31 December 2018 to 30 June 2019 (“Extension of Time”) for the Company to comply with the Bumiputera Equity Condition.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Extension of Time has been approved by the SC on 11 February 2019.
