On behalf of the Board of Directors of KAB, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a special issue of up to 34,000,000 new ordinary shares in KAB to Bumiputera investors to be identified and/or approved by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, at an issue price to be determined at a later date after obtaining all relevant approvals.
