We refer to our announcement dated 18 July 2018 in relation to the resignation of Messrs Siew Boon Yeong & Associates ("SBYA") as Auditors of Kejuruteraan Asastera Berhad ("KAB" or "the Company") for the financial year ending 31 December 2018. 

The Board of Directors of KAB ("the Board") wishes to announce that the Board had approved the Audit Committee's recommendation to appoint Messrs Kreston John & Gan as the new auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2018. However, the appointment is subject to the following:-

1. The end of SBYA's term of office which is twenty one (21) days from 16 July 2018 pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act 2016 ("the Act"); and 
2. The Company receiving the written consent to act as Auditors of the Company from Messrs Kreston John & Gan pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Act.

Further announcement will be made by the Company once the Written Consent has been received.
