Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 25 March 2024, 16 April 2024 and 24 April 2024 in relation to the Proposed ESS, circular to shareholders dated 30 April 2024 in relation to the Proposed ESS (“Circular”) and the announcement dated 31 May 2024 in relation to the outcome of the extraordinary general meeting for the Proposed ESS. Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Circular.
