[Registration No. 202101013322 (1413621-K)] ("KABEH"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 19 January 2024 entered into Head of Agreement ("HOA") with LCS Holdings, INC ("LCS") dated 19 January 2024 for the purpose of joint development, construction and operation of the Solar Photovoltaic Plant in Santa, Ilocos Sur ("Project").
