We refer to the announcements dated 7 September 2022, 14 September 2022, 11 October 2022, 21 October 2022, 27 March 2023, 4 April 2023, 26 September 2023 and 5 October 2023 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”) as well as the circular to Shareholders dated 1 November 2022. On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Board has on 18 January 2024 fixed the issue price for the second tranche of the Placement Shares at RM0.3800 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0309 or approximately 7.52% to the 5-day VWAP of KAB Shares up to and including 17 January 2024 of RM0.4109.
