The Board of Directors of KAB wishes to announce that KAB Energy Holdings Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 202101013322 (1413621-K)] ("KABEH"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KAB had on 12 December 2023 entered into a Shareholders' Agreement ("SHA or "the Agreement") with Agromate Holdings Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 198801007079 (174437-A)] ("AGROMATE") to establish a cooperative partnership via Genplan Advisory & Management Sdn. Bhd.[Registration No. 202201034739 (1480436-P)]("GENPLAN") in relation to their intended collaborative partnership in the investment, development, operation, and maintenance of bioenergy and other energy-related projects tailored for palm oil mills to be introduced, identified and procured by or for GENPLAN ("Projects").
