We refer to the announcements dated 7 September 2022, 14 September 2022, 11 October 2022, 21 October 2022, 27 March 2023 and 4 April 2023 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”) as well as the circular to Shareholders dated 1 November 2022. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Board has on 26 September 2023 fixed the issue price for the first tranche of the Placement Shares at RM0.3300 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0141 or approximately 4.10% to the 5-day VWAP of KAB Shares up to and including 25 September 2023 of RM0.3441.
