The Board of Directors of KAB wishes to announce that the Consortium comprising Salcon Berhad and KAB Smart Solar Energy Sdn. Bhd. ("KSSE"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has received a Letter of Notification dated 7 August 2023 from the Energy Commission (“EC”). The Letter of Notification informs that the Consortium has met the criteria outlined in the Information Guide for CGPP (for Solar PV Plant) pertaining to the development of a Photovoltaic Plant with a capacity of 7MW situated at Sungai Siput, Kuala Kangsar, Perak.
