We refer to the announcements dated 19 January 2022, 29 March 2022, 20 June 2022, 30 June 2022, 29 July 2022, 30 August 2022, 17 October 2022 and 21 October 2022 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Company, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Company has submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities’ approval for an extension of time of 4 months for the Company to issue the circular in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Nothing in this announcement shall be taken as the Company and/or KABEH waiving its rights under the SPA and law for any delay or failure, which is not attributable to KABEH, in performing the obligations under the SPA.
