Reference is made to the earlier announcement dated 1 August 2022. The Board of Directors of KAB wishes to further clarify that the valuation of the total revenue of RM270 million expected to be generated for the whole concession period of twenty (20) years is based on the electricty production capacity, as per the projection from the hydrology report, and the prescribed average contracted rate under the Power Purchase Agreement between PT IME and PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) for the installation, operation and maintenance of the mini hydroelectric power plant located in Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. This announcement is dated 2 August 2022. |
