(For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and defitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcement dated 2 June 2022.) The Board of Directors of Kejuruteraan Asastera Berhad ("KAB" or "the Company" or "the Petitioner") wish to inform that upon negotiation, KAB and Domain Resources Sdn. Bhd. ("DRSB" or "the Respondent") have mutually agreed to settle the matter amicably out-of-court. Consequently, KAB has instructed its solicitor to file a withdrawal application in relation to the Kuala Lumpur High Court Civil Suit No. WA-28NCC-408-05/2022, against DRSB. This announcement is dated 18 July 2022.
