On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 13 July 2022 ("Price-fixing Date") fixed the issue price for the placement of 10,000,000 Placement Shares, being the fifth tranche of the Private Placement, at RM0.3750 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").

The Issue Price represents a discount of 5.11% to the 5-day VWAP of the Shares up to and including 12 July 2022 of RM0.3952, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
