The Board of Directors of KAB wishes to announce that KAB Energy Holdings Sdn. Bhd. ("KABEH"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Sarawak Cable Berhad (“SCB”), by way of an exchange of letters between 10th March 2022 to 28th March 2022, mutually agreed to extend the Due Diligence Period by one (1) month for the completion of the Due Diligence to be carried out on PT Inpola Mitra Elektrindo ("PT IME").
