Reference is made to the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement dated 15 July 2021, 23 July 2021, 1 September 2021, 28 September 2021, 9 November 2021, 7 January 2022 and 13 January 2022.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 21 January 2022 ("Price-fixing Date") fixed the issue price for the placement of 20,000,000 Placement Shares, being the fourth tranche of the Private Placement, at RM0.3019 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").

The Issue Price represents a discount of 9.99% to the 5-day VWAP of the Shares up to and including 20 January 2022 of RM0.3354, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
