Reference is made to the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement dated 15 July 2021, 23 July 2021, 1 September 2021 and 28 September 2021.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 9 November 2021 ("Price-fixing Date") fixed the issue price for the placement of 28,600,000 Placement Shares, being the third tranche of the Private Placement, at RM0.3500 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").

The Issue Price represents a premium of 0.84% to the 5-day VWAP of the Shares up to and including 8 November 2021 of RM0.3471, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
