References are made to the Company’s announcements dated 14 September 2021 and 17 September 2021. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those used in the earlier announcements. The Board of Directors of KAB wishes to announce that its subsidiary, KAB Robotic and Automation Solutions Sdn. Bhd. ("KAB-RBT") had on 28 October 2021 entered into a Share Sale Agreement ("SSA") with YL Global Ventures Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201901008778 (1318106-U)] ("YLGV") to acquire 1,000 Ordinary Shares in ISenze Sdn. Bhd. (“ISenze”), representing 100% of the total issued and paid up share capital in ISenze (“Sale Shares”), for a total cash consideration of RM745,006.00 (“Purchase Consideration”) (“the Proposed Acquisition”).
