Reference is made to the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement dated 15 July 2021, 23 July 2021 and 1 September 2021.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 28 September 2021 ("Price-fixing Date") fixed the issue price for the placement of 32,500,000 Placement Shares, being the second tranche of the Private Placement, at RM0.4000 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").

The Issue Price represents a discount of 1.23% to the 5-day VWAP of the Shares up to and including 27 September 2021 of RM0.4050, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
