Rooftop Solar Power Generating System Construction And Power Purchase Agreement Awarded By The Indirect Subsidiary Of KAB.

The Board of Directors of KAB is pleased to announce that Energy Optimization (Thailand) Co., Ltd., an indirect subsidiary of KAB had secured four (4) new projects with a combined installed capacity of 3,912-kilowatt peak solar photovoltaic (“PV”) systems under the build-own-operate -transfer (“BOOT”) model.

The details of agreements entered into in relation to the four projects were as follows:-

The development of the solar PV systems is expected to be completed within a year from the signing of the agreement.

The agreements are expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of KAB for the duration of the contracts.

There are no foreseeable significant risks other than normal business and operational risk associated with the contracts.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them, have any interest, direct or indirect, in the contracts.
