Notice Of Bonus Entitlement

BONUS ISSUE OF FREE WARRANTS IN KEJURUTERAAN ASASTERA BERHAD ("KAB" OR THE "COMPANY") ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN KAB HELD BY ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY AT 5.00 PM ON 27 APRIL 2021 ("BONUS WARRANTS ENTITLEMENT DATE").

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 26 Apr 2021
2)    The last date of lodgment : 27 Apr 2021

Remarks :
The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of the Company ("Entitled Shareholders") and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of the Company within 8 market days after the Bonus Warrants Entitlement Date.

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the receipt of the quotation application by Bursa Securities.
